This Privacy Policy describes how the TOC mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

In short: TOC has no sign-up and no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. The App is free and supported by advertising, which may use your device’s advertising identifier. We do not sell your personal information.

1. No account required

The App does not require registration or login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or other directly identifying personal information, and we do not create user profiles that identify you personally.

2. Information we collect

The App may collect or process the following limited information:

Advertising identifier & ad data. To show ads, our advertising partners may access your device’s advertising identifier and related information such as IP address, general device information, and interactions with ads.
Device & usage information. Basic technical data (such as device type, operating system version, and app activity) used to operate, secure, measure, and improve the App and its ads.
Notification token. If you allow notifications, your device is assigned a token so we can send you alerts. It identifies a device installation, not you personally.
Anonymous app identifier. The App uses a randomly generated, anonymous identifier for your installation to operate features such as referrals. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
On-device data. Your points balance, activity history, check-in streak, and preferences are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage deletes this data.

3. How we use information

to provide the App’s content and features and to send optional notifications;
to operate the points, daily-reward, and referral features;
to display, limit, and measure advertising and to prevent fraud and abuse;
to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising provided by third-party advertising partners. These partners may use your device’s advertising identifier and related information to deliver and measure ads, including (where you permit it) personalized ads. Where required by law, the App will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time from About → Privacy & ad settings in the App. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device’s settings.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with the third-party service providers that help us operate the App (for example, to deliver content, notifications, and advertising), and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Data retention & deletion

On-device data remains until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall it. Limited information processed by our service providers is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. You may request deletion of information associated with your installation by contacting us at the address below.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children. It contains financial/trading educational content and advertising and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices & rights

Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.
Turn notifications on or off in your device settings.
Change ad-consent (where applicable) within the App.
Delete on-device data by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling it.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us to make a request.

10. Not financial advice

All content in the App is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice and is not a promise or guarantee of any result. Trading carries a high level of risk; never trade more than you can afford to lose, and make your own decisions.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
